Commercial Terms

1. The Creator’s share on the Net Margin will be 80% and the balance 20% will be of Merchit. Sale price less payment gateway charges and GST if inclusive, will be termed as “ Net Margin”

2. The payment of the amount as arrived at point number 1 above will be made to the Creator on a monthly basis (subject to TDS/GST as applicable under the provisions of Tax Laws).
3. Payment terms - Payment will be released after delivery of Services to the User/Customer and within 7 days after receipt of a valid invoice from the creator subject to deduction of TDS as applicable.
